The surcharge for young driver applies at ages: 23-25: 100 MAD per day
The surcharge for older drivers applies at ages 65: 100 MAD
The tenant and the driver must have a valid driver’s license.
Driving licenses must be maintained for a minimum of 1 year. UK license holders must present a photo card.
There are limitations to accept driver’s licenses. Driver’s licenses must be in English, Latin or Cyrillic.
International driver’s licenses are required when a driver’s license is not in English, Latin or Cyrillic.
Any driver must present a valid and original copy of their driver’s license, including a photo ID.
Additional drivers are allowed, at a cost of 200 MAD per rental.
The first additional driver will be free.
Vehicles are supplied in a similar manner, which means that the vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel supplied. The level of fuel supplied is not guaranteed and will be between 1/8 tank and full. The fuel is borne by the tenant. Tenants are recommended to return the car with the same fuel to avoid charges.
The missing fuel will be charged per liter (daily rate) and an additional charge of 300 MAD (refill rate).
Unlimited mileage within Morocco.
Crossing the border to other countries is not allowed.

An excess deposit will be withheld against your card (s) during the reservation period.
Credit cards must be in the name of the main driver.
Make sure you have a limit large enough to cover the excess.
In case you do not present a valid credit card or the lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these cases, no funds will be paid

Reservations are confirmed for a group. We do not guarantee a particular brand / model or type of vehicle fuel. The vehicle shown in any documentation is for guidance only and may be replaced by an alternative vehicle, similar or improved at our discretion
The Client undertakes to keep the vehicle in good condition and in particular, without prejudice to the obligations that may appear in other clauses of this Contract, to:
The Client must be in possession of a valid and approved driver’s license in Spain and with a minimum age of 1 year, being the Client directly responsible for these events keeping Tsul Cars unscathed under any circumstances.
The improper use of the vehicle will hold the Client directly responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or to third parties.
Any case that breaches the provisions of this Contract shall be understood as an improper use in which case the Client will be liable for all damages caused to the vehicle as well as other damages caused to Tsul Cars.
The return of the vehicle must occur at the branch, date and time stipulated in the rental agreement. The vehicle will be returned by the Customer in the same conditions in which it was delivered, along with all its documents, auxiliary equipment, tires, tools and accessories.
The Client may not alter any technical characteristic of the vehicle, keys, equipment, tools and / or accessories thereof, or make any modification of its exterior and / or interior appearance. If it does so, the Client must bear all the necessary expenses to return the car to its original state, without prejudice to the damages caused to Tsul Cars resulting from the reconditioning by the time that the vehicle had to be immobilized, as well as any others caused to Tsul Cars.
Return / late delivery of the vehicle: In case of return by the customer of the vehicle on a date, time or place other than that indicated in the contract, the rental of an extra day will be charged at the current daily rate for each day or portion of the day of delay in the delivery of the vehicle. A grace period of 120 minutes is granted for the delivery of the vehicle from the scheduled time. Likewise, a penalty is established as compensation of € 35 for each day of delay.
If the Customer returns or leaves the vehicle in a different place from the one indicated in the Contract, Tsul Cars may also demand the costs caused by transfers, cranes, tolls, custody and custody.
In the event that Tsul Cars is delayed in the delivery of the vehicle more than 120 minutes from the signing of the rental contract, the customer will be compensated for an extra day at the current daily rate for each day or portion of the day of delay in delivery vehicle. Likewise, a penalty is established as compensation of € 35 for each day of delay.
If the Client wishes to extend the rental, he may do so in person at one of the Tsul Cars offices in order to sign the extension of its duration and make the corresponding payments. This extension will be subject to vehicle availability. It will not be possible to extend any contract via telephone, email or text message.
The unilateral prolongation by the Client will be considered as an unauthorized use of the vehicle for the purposes of the Client’s responsibility for any damage that the vehicle presents, also having the same consideration as the non-return of the vehicle within the agreed period.
Tsul Cars applies a no smoking policy for all vehicles. If you have smoked or allowed to smoke inside the vehicle, charges will apply.
An emptying fee will be charged to rectify any dirt due to smoke / ash from cigarettes (or cigars) in the minimum amount of 300 MAD incl. VAT
We request that animals are not transported in our vehicle unless they are contained. A compensation fee may apply.
